Frequently Asked Questions

  • Howling Moon Sauna will be located just outside of Fraser, Colorado making it the perfect location for a wellness experience after your day of adventure.

  • Sessions will open for booking in early June. You can book single sessions, memberships or private rentals for group events.

  • The wood-fired sauna will be heated to 170-190 degrees. Relax for 10-20 minutes and rest, hydrate, repeat for 2-3 rounds as desired for your body.
